How to use the Gift card:
1. Choose the desired amount you want to give to someone, from the options above.
2. Write the recipient’s name and Email Address followed by the delivery date.
3. Add a message to send to the recipient to send along the gift card (optional)
4. Add to the cart and proceed with the payment.
5. Once you’ve made the payment you’ll get an email confirming your order.
6. The recipient will also get an email with the details of the gift card to further redeem it.
Please Note: 17% Government Sales Tax is Inclusive in Gift Card amount.
How to Redeem the gift card:
1. You will receive an email containing the information regarding the gift card that you can redeem.
2. Add any products to the cart in the usual way, then tap Checkout.
3. Tap Gift card and put in your gift code.
4. Tap Apply and continue with the process.
5. If there's a remaining balance that the customer needs to pay, then will have to be paid by the customer.

Textures and grains from different stones behave differently making each item unrepeatable. These characteristics do not affect the functionality of the product being sold at NOON & CO. Our items are produced by skilled craftsmen, and the process is genuine and full of dedication and care. In case of breakage, complaints will only be entertained if a video proof is available while opening the product.
All Over UAE
Delivery of product varies from 7 days to 14 days. All our pieces are unique in size, shape and weight. Customized packaging has to be made for each piece.
- Inland deliveries in UAE will be given within 14 days for ready products.
- In certain areas where home delivery is not possible, the merchandise will have to be picked up from a nearby cargo station. This will be communicated to customer at time of dispatch.
- In case of claims or breakages, for all delivery orders it is mandatory for the customers to please make a video at the time of opening/unboxing the product to avoid any confusion regarding any damage/breakdown.
International Shipping Policy
All our pieces are unique in size, shape, and weight. Customized packaging has to be made for each piece.
- Deliveries are done worldwide in all countries and the maximum weight for delivery worldwide is 3000 kg.
- After the order is placed, One of our customer services representatives will get in contact with you within 24-72 with the exact quote of shipping charges (this will be done after you place the order).
