Shipping Policy

All Over Pakistan

Delivery of product varies from 7 days to 14 days. All our pieces are unique in size, shape, and weight. Customized packaging has to be made for each piece.

• Inland deliveries in Islamabad will be given within 7 days for ready products.
• Deliveries outside Islamabad to other cities will be delivered within 14 days. (Customer will be billed the delivery amount and will have to pay the amount either to Noon & Co. in advance or to the cargo service at pick up).
• In certain areas where home delivery is not possible, the merchandise will have to be picked up from a nearby cargo station. This will be communicated to the customer at the time of dispatch.
• In case of claims or breakages, for all delivery orders, it is mandatory for the customers to please make a video at the time of opening/unboxing the product to avoid any confusion regarding any damage/breakdown.

International Shipping Policy

All our pieces are unique in size, shape, and weight. Customized packaging has to be made for each piece.

• Deliveries are done worldwide in all countries and the maximum weight for delivery worldwide is 3000 kg.
• After the order is placed, One of our customer services representatives will get in contact with you within 24-72 with the exact quote of shipping charges (this will be done after you place the order).
